About Arthur Mullard
Arthur Mullard began his forensic practice in 1979 as a Chief Psychologist at University of British Columbia, and later in 1982 as Director of Clinical Services at the Canadian Human Resource Forensic Center. As a psychologist in a small community, Arthur found himself being called to jails, talks with attorneys about disturbed clients, and testifying in court about mental status/treatment of clients – which compelled him to pursue with doctorate as a forensic specialist. Arthur has since opened a small private practice specialising in forensics, but he also treats patients and clients as a regular psychologist.
Arthur is currently working on: Comprehensive evaluation and performance appraisal systems for law enforcement personnel.
Arthur Mullard enjoys spending time with his wife and their daughter Pattie. Arthur is finishing up his second book about Forensics and Law. He is active lecturer at crime prevention programs for Elementary and High School students in British Columbia. He enjoys jogging and fishing in his spare time.
